What is DC Care?

Neighbors helping neighbors -

Small acts of kindness. Practical help. God's love made visible.

Jesus showed up for people. He sat with them, ate with them, and called them by name. Not because they needed fixing - because He loved them.

DC Care exists for the same reason. We are not experts or heroes. We are ordinary neighbors - loved by the same God - who believe that showing up for each other is exactly what following Jesus looks like.

DC Care is neighbors helping neighbors - small acts of kindness, lending a hand, building relationships, and sharing God's love in practical ways. Together we're building connection, dignity, and hope - one act of care at a time.
